Thank you for your participation and support of the Community Agenda initiative. As we continue to move forward, we are again requesting your assistance to measure the utilization of the Community Agenda Snapshot report and ask how your organization might use the Community Agenda framework when planning for the future.

The Snapshot report will be updated annually with an expected publication date each May. If your organization is using the Community Agenda Snapshot report, we would like to hear from you. Whether you are using it to engage the Board of Directors, support the mission or guide service provision for your organization, we would like to know. Knowing how this report is being used will assist us to refine and enhance the next printing.

We would also like to create a map of services according to the Community Agenda framework. Although many organizations may provide services that apply to more than one focus area, we would like to know where you think your organization best fits into the framework. Additionally, the three special report areas (poverty, transportation, information and referral) are critical components of service design and delivery. We would like to hear from you how these areas impact your service delivery.

Finally, we are seeking organizations that may have special projects planned over the next year that directly relate to one of the focus areas or one of the special report areas. If your organization has a project that is designed to impact one of the data indicators of the Snapshot report, please let us hear about it. Such projects might include an elderly suicide prevention campaign, diabetes education event, domestic violence prevention event, etc. We would appreciate learning about any new collaboration or change in the way of doing business. Including the outcome of such projects in a Snapshot impact report would be a significant addition.
